But I haven't agreed to any ToS when I clicked that "explore EA Play" button in Game Pass app on Windows. Support gave me only some blah blah about ToS and so. Online multiplayer on console requires Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Live Gold (subscription sold separately). If so, why he can play that NFS Heat on Xbox One, but not on Windows 11? JUST WHY, EA. Cloud enabled game while in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I'm just looking for a confirmation that this is really the case. They said that this is NORMAL for child accounts! And I only have to wait untill he turns 15 or 16 years old and then he will be able to play the game. I was speaking with EA help twice today, but it still bothers me and I can't believe, that this might be true. I installed EA Play app, logged in with his Xbox account only to find that the games library is empty and he can't download anything - it's just empty page asking me for a redeem code. Today he wanted to play NFS Heat on PC (Windows 11). Unfortunately, what had been a celebratory post is now one asking for a little more patience: We made the decision to delay until 2021 the release of EA Play on PC as part of the Xbox Game Pass for PC and Ultimate memberships. He was using it on Xbox One without a single issue. He was using EA Play before it became available in GPU. My child has an Xbox/Microsoft child account with Game Pass Unlimited. ![]()
